This page is about exploring the interesting research that is available concerning aspects of human health. However, its more than simply restating facts that are already known. Lets face it, most of us already know that factors like diet and exercise can help prevent diseases like obesity, diabetes & atherosclerosis. What is not widely known amoung the general public is HOW these things actually reduce your risk, or in some cases actually begin to reverse disease processes.

It is my goal to focus on HOW health is improved by looking at some interesting findings of modern science. It is my goal to provide you with some explanations of this research and engage in meaningful discussion. Since I have been trained in muscle physiology, biochemistry and molecular biology, I will tend to focus on findings in these areas.
